1. Our products are customized or pre-ordered products.

●Production and delivery time: Marked in the description of each product.

Our company is exempted from liability.

●Exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to the above reasons will not be accepted.


2. Order

●When placing an order, please pay a deposit of 30% of the product price.
Product exchanges or cancellations will not be accepted after the deposit is paid.

●We will notify you when the goods arrive, and the goods will be shipped after the full payment is made.

1) Please complete the payment within 7 days.
If it is overdue, the order will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

2) Warehouse service
The fee will be charged from the 8th day from the date of “Notification of Balance Payment”.

> Calculation method:
Based on the "Outer packaging size", 100 ฿ per cubic meter (m³) per day.
> For example:
Outer packaging size W100 * D100 * H100 cm
Warehouse fee = 1 * 1 * 1 * 100 = 100 ฿ / day


3. Delivery

●Free shipping within Bangkok

●For other locations:
1) Use your own cooperating freight company :
We deliver to the company's collection location in Bangkok.

2) We find your local freight company and ask them to quote you.
Pricing is usually based on the volume/weight of the goods. And report it to you.

●Assembly service fee: 7% of the product price.


4. After-sales service

Once the customer has placed an order, there will be no changes, returns or refunds. Except if the product is damaged when customer receives it.
